Director
Hi! I'm Holly and I'm excited to be a part of a team that teaches and leads children to Christ, while also preparing them for kindergarten.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and have been working as a Director in the Early Childhood Education field since 2017.  I was honored to be nationally recognized by NAEYC (the National Association for the Education of Young Children) in 2017 as an emerging leader in the field.  I love to learn and grow while helping others learn and grow!  I'm a single mom of 3 children, and I love to read, drink coffee, and am always willing to lend a helping hand.

I am in the final semester of obtaining my Early Childhood Education degree.  While my main field of study has been early childhood education, I have also taken many courses related to psychology and developmentally appropriate practices in childcare.  I have been in the childcare profession for going on 15 years now.  I was the owner/operator of my own daycare for over 10 years, I have worked as a Lead Teacher with children from infancy to teenage years, and am also a licensed Yoga instructor specializing in Restorative Yoga.

Breaker/floater
I have been at LACC for 7 years.  I am a floater and an assistant teacher.  I have worked with children for about 12 years.  The best part about working at Loving Arms is watching the children come in as babies and being able to help them grow and learn throughout their years here, until they graduate and head to kindergarten.  I have one daughter and son-in-law.

Infant Teacher

My name is Miss Hannah and I have my Associates of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in this field in various child care environments, including 2 in-homes where I was an assistant. I have been in a childcare setting since the summer of 2006. I joined Loving Arms in October of 2021 in the younger infant room, and I am excited to be part of this great team! I also completed my internship class at Loving Arms when I was working on my Associates Degree. Sharing Jesus' love with our little ones is what I love about my job here. In my spare time, I love to read, ride my bike, and take long walks with my furbaby named, Darcy. He's the best dog! I also enjoy time with my family which are my parents, my sister, and brother. I also enjoy time with my friends.

Wilhelmina J.

Wilhelmina J.

Afternoon Floater

I am Wilhelmina, the 4th child of 8 children and the last of a set of twins. I was born and raised in Monrovia, Liberia, a little country situated on the West Coast of Africa. I completed my elementary - undergraduate education in Liberia.  Because of my interest in the education of young children, I obtained my Masters in Teaching at the Goucher College in Towson Maryland. It is my conviction that every child has a destiny to be fulfilled.  Since education holds the key to fulfillment  of dreams that many children have, it is my solemn commitment to help parents shape the future of their children.  With my contribution as an educator, I can help make a difference  in our society by helping one child at a time.

I have been married for 17 yars.  I have 3 girls and 4 (almost 5!) grandchildren.  Family is everything to me! I love anything outdoors, love taking walks, love my coffee, and love spending time with my daughters and grandchildren.

My son has grown leaps and bounds at Loving Arms.  He has learned valuable social skills, excelled in learning basic skills, and we love that he’s receiving a faith based education.  The staff at Loving Arms is caring, trustworthy, and we know that our child is safe and in good hands when we drop him off every morning.  I am so happy to have found this treasure of a daycare.
